FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers and sellers ask us most. Anything missing? Ask us directly — we reply fast.

How do I request a quote?
Send us part numbers, a VIN, photos of the part or its label, or a full order list — by email or through the quote form. We confirm availability across our supplier network and return a single consolidated quote covering parts, handling and freight, usually within 48 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We handle everything from a single urgent part shipped by air or express courier to recurring full-container programmes by sea. Small first orders are a normal way for new clients to test how we work.
Do you supply OEM or aftermarket parts?
Both. Where options exist we quote genuine OEM, OEM-equivalent and quality aftermarket side by side, so you choose the balance of price and specification that fits each part.
How long does shipping take?
As a guide: air freight and express courier 2–7 days; road freight within the region 1–2 weeks; sea freight 2–6 weeks depending on destination and whether it's LCL or a full container. The exact transit time for your lane is stated in your quote before you approve it.
How do I know the parts are correct before they ship?
Every item is physically checked against your order at our Istanbul facility — reference numbers, brand, condition and packaging — and you receive photo confirmation before anything is dispatched. If something doesn't match, we resolve it with the supplier locally.
How does payment work?
Terms are agreed in writing per engagement — typically bank transfer against the approved quote. Nothing is purchased until you approve, so there are no open-ended costs.
Who handles customs?
We prepare the complete export file on the Turkish side: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and export declaration, with correct HS-code classification. On the destination side we coordinate with your customs broker — or recommend one — and supply every document required for clearance.
Can you help me sell parts from Türkiye to export markets?
Yes. For Turkish manufacturers and stockists we act as the export channel: we bring qualified international buyers to the table, agree commercial terms, and handle inspection, consolidation, freight and documentation — so you sell abroad without building your own export operation.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. Our most common lanes run to Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, the Caucasus, Central Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa — by sea, air and road from Istanbul's crossroads position.
What languages do you work in?
English and Turkish natively, with Arabic support available for regional clients. Technical parts terminology included.
