Five steps between your parts list and your warehouse

No mystery, no juggling middlemen. Here is exactly what happens after you contact us — and what you see at every stage.

Send your request

Email us or use the quote form with whatever you have: OEM part numbers, a VIN, photos of the part or label, or a full spreadsheet of references and quantities. The more detail the better, but partial information is fine — identifying the right part is our job. If you're a seller looking for export buyers, tell us what you stock and the volumes you can supply.

Receive one clear quote

We check availability across our supplier network, compare options — OEM, OEM-equivalent, aftermarket — and negotiate pricing. You receive a single consolidated quote covering the parts, our handling, and freight to your destination, usually within 48 hours. You approve before anything is purchased.

We buy, inspect & consolidate

On approval, we purchase from each supplier and collect everything at our Istanbul facility. Every item is physically checked against your order — reference numbers, brand, condition — and you receive photo confirmation. Goods are then export-packed and consolidated into one shipment.

We ship & handle customs

We book the freight mode agreed in the quote — sea (FCL/LCL), air or road — and prepare the full export file: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and export declaration. Tracking details are shared as soon as the consignment moves, and we coordinate with the destination-side broker for clearance.

You receive your parts

Delivery to port or to your door, as quoted. We stay on the file until you've confirmed everything arrived as ordered — and if anything is off, we resolve it with the supplier from our side. Most clients then simply send the next list.

Typical timeline

Payment

Agreed per engagement — typically bank transfer against the approved quote, with terms set out in writing before purchase.

Minimums

None. A single urgent part by air is as welcome as a recurring container programme.

Languages

English and Turkish, with Arabic support available for regional clients.
